The East Neuk of Fife and the Isle of May

I have taken the East Neuk to be the area of Fife east of Lower Largo and south of St Andrews.  It includes Fife Ness, the fishing harbours of Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem and St Monans, Ruddons Point, Dumbarnie Links, Cameron Reservoir and Kilconquhar Loch.

The Isle of May is off the coast of the East Neuk, and holds large numbers of breeding seabirds.  It also attracts migrants, and there is a bird observatory.
